Please help this 26yo girl with CIDP (w/ respiratory problems and renal failure)

Please help this young girl, she lives in Puerto Rico, and suffers from CIDP along with another unknown disease. She has suffered from multiple complications including meningitis, renal failure, respiratory problems, polyneuropathy and more.
