And I do mean just now. Pruned seven roses back in my garden, and when I came in for a glass of water, I couldn’t lift the glass! Scary. So far, I’ve been weak but nothing like this. Why do these things always happen on a Sunday?

Yesterday while removing old labels from 3.5 inch disks my hands would cramp. But this is something I don’t normally do. So that might be why it happened.

      Hello,
My hands have improved alot, but they’re still not all there. My range of motion in the wrists used to make it awkward for me to try to eat. I can do some of my hobbies now and I have LEARNED that OVERUSE can cause my fingers to buckle and my hands to cramp and lose “my normal” grip. If resting your arms and hands for a few days helps, then you probably did overuse. For me, I’ll tolerate the constant aches, rather then give up my crafts.
