My doctor is considering Rituximab for my CIDP. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone,
My doctor, Dr. Nancy Klimas, has mentioned that I should try to add a Rituximab infusion with my next IVIG treatment. She thinks this will help my body to kill my B cells. My B cells have gone from 390 in January to over 1100 right now. Along with this, my Natural Killer cells have dropped to below 3%. Has anyone had a similar experience with these blood results or medication? If so, I would love to hear if you were able stabilize your numbers and if it made a difference in your symptoms or the way you felt after treatment.
