Looking for Doctor in Tennessee

I am relocating to the Johnson, Tennessee area and looking for a really good doctor who is familiar with CIDP. I have had an excellent doctor here in New Hampshire since being diagnosed in 2006, but now I am being forced to relocate and would really love to be under the care of another knowledgeable and excellent neurologist.
