As for needles, I hate them as well. But, IF I close my eyes, and can’t see them, they aren’t as bad. Grit your teeth and just get it all over with.

Don’t EXPECT side effects, just be aware if problem ones occur to ask for help ASAP. Simply use heaps of ‘imagery’ and imagine all those new cells growing and doing good things! It sounds silly, now in print? But us humans are complicated animals-it’s amazing what our minds can do over over all sorts of matter! Look, after all, where you are and what you are doing!
