I just watched this video and don’t want the link to get buried in the other thread. Yes, it was at a conference in 2001 but it appears that many of our docs don’t even know this info. As Wheelchair Dan said “be sure you watch to the end”. The page goes black for a few seconds and then there are 2 questions that the doctor answers. It is about 38 minutes in length. It surely gave me some new info to work with. Thank you Dan!!

I watched it too and am sure glad I did. Even though it is very technical at points, we can still garner info from it. Thanks again Dan!
