hello all finally after 4yrs and two yrs of waiting on court got it judge was mad I had to wait this long. Thank’s for prayer’s jim:D

Congratulations! My VA claim is now past the one year mark and still waiting for a decision.

I am mad too !!! There is no need for someone to wait that long on their disability check. I got signed up for it when I was still in the hospital and got the first check for disability SS 6 months later. I was fortunate I suppose. I still had to wait two more years to get the medicare card. That is standard for that. Jim, you should get your medicare too now, because it will be retroactive from the first day you were disabled and you will already have your two year period in already. I am glad for you !
