In another of my posts, I mention soy is something to be avoided for yeast infections. Upon further investigation, it is soy sauce. I am still triying to find out what specific beans need to be avoided as they mention beans, but not specific names, so for now, I do not know if soy beans are included. I do know that when a woman gets a hysterectomy and hot flashes occur they reccomend the consumption of soy milk to give estrogen to the body (which is lacking because of hysterectomy) but they warn to not over do it because the soy could cause a hormonal balance due to the estrogen levels in soy milk. So soy can have an estrogen affect only as far as I can see, NOT a candida effect. If anyone finds contrary could you please post here so the correct info is here for others.
