botox and bladder

been having incontinence issues. dr wants to do botox injections into my bladder to stop it from spasm and thus me having incontinence. procedure cost 19,570.00 for inpt surgery and 13,110.00 for out pt spoke with medicare first the rep told me that they would cover $200 for each procedure. I have to have injections and a cystoscope. I said that cant be right he had a hard time finding the info even though i gave him the procedure codes for both. so i called back today and got another rep and she said that i was covereed 100% on in pt for the procedures. i called my dr to schedule it but he is booked until end of sept beginning of oct. so i just will continuie wearing depends until they can get me in.
