Arrhythmia-need neuro/cardio Dr recommend

I am a GBS patient, post onset 6+ years ago (trigger was a possible cold and childbirth-first GBS symptoms occurring during labor, a long story in itself) I had my third Radio frequency Ablation for heart arrhythmia (premature ventricular contractions) last week. I am feeling better, with no signs of PVCs now, but I was ok for 9 months after 1st surgery, then after multiple illnesses and stressors, I got them back in full force. So, I am thinking that my GBS affected my autonomic nervous system, and that I’m either dealing with residuals (including neuropathy of extremities, chronic bronchitis issues, etc.) or a chronic progressive neuropathy. Any other GBS/CIDP patients with similar issues? I am in the process of getting a second opinion (I went to neurologist at UF Gainesville 5 years ago) Any recommendations on neurologist and/or cardiologist with GBS experience would be greatly appreciated, especially if they are in Florida (I live in Orlando). Thanks and take care!

I also had GBS but no relapses (thankfully). My neurologist went to Jacksonville to work at the Cleveland Clinic there. I don’t know any neurologists who specialize in GBS here. My husband has a good neurologist who specializes in MS here in Orlando. You may want to look online & see if any say they specialize or work with GBS or pick one who works with the big hospitals here, such as Orlando Regional and Florida Hospital. Good luck. Roberta

Thanks Roberta-it’s been hard to find good specialists here, even online. I’m going to keep looking, but I’m feeling pretty frustrated at present. My current neuro just shrugged his shoulders when asked if my symptoms were residual or another attack.
