My doctor told me at this last visit that he thinks a spinal cord stimulator would help me with my pain from the gbs nerve damage .My question is any of you had this done and if so is it working? He also gave me a new med to try it is called Savella. He said that it might help some with the pain anyone taking this?
Hi George, Not sure that a stim will work any better then meds do. Check out all the pros and cons on those things. I recall hearing some not soo good things recently on the stims causing more problems then doing good. Do research and see if it sounds like its a good bet for you though. Keep us updated.
