When I had GBS the first time back in 1986, my doctor put me on B12 injections. His office was an hour away so he had me give the injections to myself. I think I did it 2-3 times a week in my thigh. I did not notice any difference but it might have been working internally. One Caution is: you need to take a B-complex so that you do not unbalance your other B vitamins. FInd a B-complex capsule that has 50 mg of most of the vitamins. Do not buy one that has 2mg of some of them. That is worthless. I know a good company if you want that carries many companies in its catalog. Females need to find one that is Yeast Free. B’s are watersoluble which means you will flush them out if you drink a lot of fluids. So I usualy take 2-3 a day. They will make your urine turn yellow..this is normal.
I do not like most doctors, but this one was excellent. Suzanne Somers writes about him in one of her books. He has retired. The Broda Barnes Institute recommends him for thyroid problems too. He was way ahead of his time…..I would leave his office around 11PM and there would be people waiting to see him.because he was a Great diagnostician and wholistic. The doctors in the area hated him…..jealous.
