They promised us snow!

For several days now the weatherforcast people have told us here in the Oslo area that we would get as much as 7 to 8 inches of snow on Tuesday (to-day), and they told everybody who hadn’t changed their summer tyres to the winter equvivalent, to let the car stay home because the driving conditions would be dreaqdful! This created completely chaos everywhere they change tyres for a living, and during the week-end you could see people crouching by the side of their car with jacks and wrenches all over the place.:D

BUT: The winter-wonderland that was forecast is still but a dream\nightmare because of\thanks to Global Warming – the rain is pouring steadily down. 😮
