thanks still struggling with weakness

I am still weak after treament. With CIDP do I push myself because it don’t matter I am going to be tired anyway or do I push through as if running sprints when I was a kid?
Happy Thanksgiving all. I have alot to be thankful for but I don’t like this disorder.
