Spam…
In the past we have had people come on this forum & in their initial post promote some product (which they just happen to be selling.) But I agree with Elmo, if there is a product that is helping you I think you should share it. We share treatment plans, many have shared supplements, so why the secrecy?

I thought I would try to attack my spam issue from more than one dimension. I was rather proud today that I had 6 messages in the deleted folder without my help. I thought I would share my fight and gather more ideas from the rest of you. I set up a rule in my email that looks at the subject line of my messages and if it sees the match it deletes it for me. My biggest spam offender was “improve your sexual life” so I told it whenever it sees those words to put the message in my deleted folder. It worked great. I am also blocking senders as they come….I don’t have a setting that I can find to block strangers to my contact list so I will do them as I see them. I’m sure its a never ending battle but it seems too be bad lately. Keeping up with email is almost a full time job!
