Sincerity and Humanity

Hi there. Got your reply. One thing I didn’t mention: my suggestion only works when the elements of sincerity and humanity are both present in the situation, sometimes combining in one of life’s small miracles.

Anyway, I wish you all the best as you deal with this. For 22 years, I’ve dealt with the public in my job as a music teacher, and I know what it’s like to have a very difficult student or a very difficult parent to try to work with, sometimes for many years.
All you can do is your best, and hope that it all works out, and it does, one way or another.
