Yes…. thai massage sounds great… i try to get massage once a week. also the exercise helps alot… just to move about is good… either on a treadmill or bike if u can…i like yoga too. but i have to keep it simple, sometimes pain keeps me from doing anything too advanced. but that’s ok. i try to go to the gym a few times a week and realize that ANYTHING i can do for at least a half-hour is GOOD !! it ‘s good for my mind and it’s good for my body, no matter what shape it’s in !!
