If you mean that you want to know how to include a link to an online document in your posted message, it is a matter of doing “copy” and “paste” operations on the web address of the page to which you want to link. When viewing the page of interest, the web address will appear somewhere at the top of your browser. You need to “mark” or “select” the entire address, then “copy” it. How this is done depends on your particular computer system and browser. Then when you are writing a message to post, you do a “paste” operation to insert the most recently copied text.
