[COLOR=”blue”]Well, the Louisville Metro area started getting the residuals of IKE early Sunday morning. I was all settled in to watch the race when I lost electricity at 12:30. My brother-in-law lives just accross the street (about 1/4 mi). I called him, he had power, so I went there to watch the race. The next thing, the storm had knocked out the ABC station that carried the race. He still had power at 3:00 AM, so we watched the replay on ESPN. I got power at my home at about 3 PM this afternoon. We had winds of 40-50 MPH with some areas reporting gusts up to 85 MPH! And most of our repairman are in Texas helping them. 200-300,000 homes w/o power and hundreds of trees/wires down.[/COLOR]
