Can your family doc be of help to you? Maybe the wellbutrin is not for you, so many seem to do well with cymbalta, and it also helps with pain. What about a good old fashioned zanax? It does not have to be taken regularly, just when you need it. My mother in law who is bed ridden and so sad, takes it when she knows she is going to have to face visitors (her anxiety) she loves it. She has been suffering for years and finally agreed to let my family doc make a house call. She wished she had done it years ago, she really feels like the zanax has given her a bit of life back.
