Morning All!!!

Morning to all.
I had a really bad day yesterday. Just felt bad. Shakey with much weakness. I was asleep on the sofa & got a bad cramp in left upper leg. I was trying to get up and fell off the sofa hit my rollator with left leg and left ankle was swollen immediately. Iced and elevated all evening, much better this morning but bruising present. So thats what you call graceful :p
I hope ya’ll all start to feel better for the weekend.
Today is my grandsons 9th b-day party. They are all so precious, love those greandkids.
Thinking of you all and hoping things get better.
