Build up your strength slowly, and be SURE to pace yourself! Nothing like finding your feet set in concrete far from a seat or any help!
Tune in to your warning signs, but in safe situations, push yourself to stand, walk and do more each day. Every effort adds up to a heap of efforts! Then the real progress can and will begin!
What is being recommended to you is all prudent, IF done by you prudently. We are now the ‘tortoises’, slow and steady will win OUR races!
