I live in Eastern, NC but not sure what the altitude may be! I just noticed the weather affecting mine. Extreme heat for me and extreme cold effects me horribly! I can tell when the weather is going to change because this mess acts up and makes me bad off. When I lived in PA the weather there was always humid or alot of moisture and super cold in the winter. An improvement was made when I moved to NC. Now the weather here is doing funky things because of global warming and my body won’t adjust!
Seems like spring and fall I do very well! Winter and summer I have a time!

I do agree about having someone to talk too. It certainly is not fun at times dealing with this nasty stuff. I hate having my family hearing me complain and the forum is a good place to vent and also let out frustration. Plus learn about what we have! I’m glad I met you all in here!
