I must say

Normally in North Carolina we have bad hot summers, but this year has been rather mild. I think the East Coast is going to see those Canadian type Winters this year. At least I have a fireplace! That helps in cold days. Alomg with winter in my area come the collard green, fried fat back and homemade bisquits. Yum yum!
