hi! i think a hot bath feels pretty good. i never heard that gbs’ers shouldn’t take them. maybe i’m wrong, but a nice hot bath or shower feels good to me and i’m not any worse off because of it. i’m over 5 years post gbs. maybe you should ask your dr.
