I have a C-Sec booked for the 18th of July as a result of my concerns. My Doc says that I can always change my mind but as stated I am worried about my strength and ability to push when it matters the most. The fear of my body not responding terrifies me so I think I am going ahead with the C-Sec in order to avoid complications for the baby. I am less worried about the effect of the epidual since I will not need to push (although I do wonder how the freezing will end up affecting me and if it will wear off on schedule).

I will let you know how I make out.
