Kelly, my Daughter and I, had this chance photo last summer we were driving up the side of the Blue Mountain to walk the Appalacian and Mommy and her spotted baby were right there. I’ll try not to over bore you all. I don’t have as many photo’s as Ken but I have alot. This was shot with Nikon D60 and 70-300 mm lens. I have recently bumped up to a D90 which means higher resolution and picture controls.

It takes me about 100 exposures to maybe get a good photo. It is not easy, that is for sure. the Vultures are easy to get, Hawks are real hard. It is not
only the chance opportunity, but then you need the sun and all the right conditions to line up. Real Challenge, Try getting a shot of Lightning. It can be done.

The baby Kale is my best friends, Niece’s son. they are in Pa a few time a year and Kale gets alot of attention when in town. You can see why!
