When u are lying down is it for long periods of time? If so that can be orthostatic hypotension. In others as the previous member mentioned. Before getting up move your ankles up and down (like you are pressing a gas pedal and then letting off of it) do that for a good 2 min. progress to sitting…sitting roll to your side..then push up with your elbows. That helps too…just remember sudden movements make BP drop.
