I’d do some strong research before trying a new treatment, searching the NIH and medical journals (peer reviewed articles) for clues as to whether or not autoimmune diseases are helped by this treatment. Also, I would seek out the opinions of strong medical people, neurologists who can weigh the pros and cons of the matter. There is a lot of information out there, but the scientific, peer reviewed studies are the best sources I rely upon, along with qualified medical specialists who are familiar with the unique particulars of my medical condition. There are lots of variances among patients with GBs/CIDP.;)
