Brother needs your prayers

My brother is in critical condition. He is in a drug induced coma and on a respirator. He has pneumonia, congestive heart failure, diabetes and had a heart attack. All of this started two days before he was scheduled to have a pacemaker put in.
He is being given kidney dialysis as kidneys are functioning at less than 40%. Doctors are in hopes the dialysis will get some of the fluid not only from the kidneys but heart, lungs and rest of his body also. His body is swollen from the fluid.
Doctors have tried different antibiotics to clear up pneumonia and nothing is working, pneumonia is worse each day. They are growing a culture to see what is going on in the lungs. It takes 48 hours to grow the culture, after they find out what it is they will know what kind of medication to treat it with.
Please pray for him, he needs your prayers.
