Hello,
I can only add what I can relate to. As long as your sleeping positions have not been effected, I would prefer an adjustable bed. This didn’t work out for me because I would get heartburn really bad, which developed into ulcers, so the only way I can sleep is on my side (I don’t think you can bend in an adjustable bed on your side):D An adjustable bed is good because you need to have it low enough so that both feet are placed flat on the floor. And you want the height of the bed adjusted so that it’s just below mom’s “seat” level. You usually don’t have the strength to “hick” yourself “up” into bed.
