Reply To: IVIG: Susceptibility to Corona Virus

I believe I may be at elevated risk due to my CIDP-caused breathing respiratory problems as well as my ongoing chronic CIDP condition. I am wondering whether CIDP patients on SCIG IgG (like myself) have a higher than average protection against covid-19 due to the infusions. (IgG provides the majority of antibody-based immunity against invading pathogens).
