I had a milder case that was believed to be the Miller Fisher Variant of GBS. I agree that the length of time since becoming afflicted is very important. There was a bottom point (nadir) for me and it was just under 4 weeks but I think that is because my case was milder. More severe cases may be much shorter than that.
