Some of us, like me, seem to have less benefit from IVIg. What worked best for my CIDP was Plasma Exchange. Perhaps you should discuss this approach with your doctor to learn if it might benefit you. Rituxan is another possible treatment you may wish to explore. Prednisone, or other corticosteroids, offer yet another treatment approach.
